What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events and pop-up store setups
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for seamless delivery
• Oversee on-site installation, ensuring quality and brand compliance
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resolve operational challenges
• Monitor risks and implement effective solutions during project execution

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Passionate about exhibitions, event planning, or pop-up retail
• Experience in event or pop-up store execution is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a bonus

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
