Spare Parts Sales admin clerk / Shipping clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Spare Parts Sales Admin Clerk/Shipping Clerk to join our team at TLD Asia Limited. This is a full-time role based in our Admiralty office in the Central and Western District. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of spare parts orders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Arrange and monitor shipment of orders and prepare shipping documents via ERP system
• Coordinate with sales team, customers, forwarders, and logistics service providers
• Handle full set of import & export documents, customs declaration independently
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with logistics services provider
• Support clerical work for sales team
• Handle office admin tasks
• Handle Ad hoc job duties from manager

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in shipping
• Self-discipline, detail-minded and independence to work proactively
• Good team player with interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• IT application skills inclusive of good command in MS Office applications (e.g. Outlook/Word/ Excel) and experience in any ERP system operation skill
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediately available is preferred
