Responsibilities:

Handling customers' technical questions on our business application software products

Providing application support services such as troubleshooting, system testing, product installation, configuration, consultation

Working closely with development team to resolve issues

Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting

Provide quality assurance by prepare test cases and perform system testing

Global collaborative project team environment
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Previous working experience in helpdesk / end-user support on POS is preferred
-
Well-organized, detail and logical minded
-
Good communication and problem solving skills
-
Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
-
Knowledge in MSSQL DB, SQL programming, HTML, .NET, MS Reporting Services, IIS Web Application is an advantage
