Solution Manager/ Senior Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Drive cross-functional alignment on product priorities.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of new networking product features and enhancements, including SD-WAN, IEPL, MPLS, IP, and routers.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer/market feedback, and analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities and guide continuous product improvements.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive successful product launches, customer deployments, and adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry developments. Identify expansion opportunities and guide the evolution of the product portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Min 6 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry;
• Familiar with Networking/ SD-WAN/ IEPL/ MPLS/ IP/ Router;
• Experience and knowledge in China internet connectivity and telecom network infrastructure is a plus;
• Excellent presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
