Solution Consultant - Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-Sales consulting support for Sales on IT Solutions Project aspects to achieve sales target
• Prepare Business Analysis, consultation, proposal, presentation, implementation plan, proof of concept test and tender management, etc. to support Solution case
• Able to understand business processes & apply analysis techniques to offer a suitable solution, may include both hardware & software, particularly in ECM/DMS solutions
• Collaborate with internal solution teams on project implementation, e.g. Refining the requirement for SOW preparation, system design, system development, project implementation, etc.
• Perform value-added professional services (implementation, support, training, maintenance) when required
• Work closely with internal and external parties on execution of solution rollout & handle new product development
• Provide training to internal and external parties (Sales, customer services, Partners, etc.)
• Provide, presentation, solution demo to customer

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years in supporting business solutions selling to enterprise customers and/or relevant working experience
• Experience in IT, software development and implementation will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Java programming
• Knowledge in cloud platform, Virtual environment, computer software, networking, with relevant certificate will be advantage
• Formal training & experience in business analysis preferable
• Strong skills and solid experience in software application/network support and familiarize with cost & control application, DMS/ECM & other software/application knowledge would be advantage
• Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft based environment, with Microsoft Certificate or other computer-related certificates will be advantage
• Knowledge in cybersecurity will be added advantage
• An independent candidate with proven analytical abilities and a strong work ethic
• Strong sense of responsibility, a well-organized and reliable person with good team spirit
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Good in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is preferable
