Solution Consultant [Pre-sales]

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Enterprise Solutions, including Data Capturing, RPA, AI, BPM, DMS, ERP, Accounting Systems, and Mobility Solutions, to drive achievement of sales goals and targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support Digital Transformation and Business Process Automation solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Provide consultancy services to clients, assessing business processes, gathering requirements, defining project scopes, analyzing workflows, and designing tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations, leveraging industry domain knowledge and POC to showcase solution capabilities.
• Explore C-level contacts to foster transparent communication, generate interest in new Digital Transformation projects, and develop strategic partnerships with solution vendors to enhance the solution portfolio.
• Prepare project-related documentation, including solution designs, technical proposals, and tender documents, while managing achievable timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in project implementation and post-sales activities, including customer meetings, to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and IT project consulting, with a strong preference for expertise in Digital Transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build client relationships and adapt to new technologies.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking independently, with a keen sensitivity to numbers and robust planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
