Shipping clerk ( Gaming Industry - basic salary up to 18K）

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal sales executive to ensure the purchase order number is correct.
• Handle PO issue and data entry for POS system.
• Manage stock and track orders
• Coordinate with logistics
• Perform ad hoc projects
• Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, production team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Candidates with related experience in the game/toys/cosmetic industry are preferred
• Detail minded and responsible candidate is preferred
• Good in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, basic excel skill is required
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
