About the job:

• Assist in the daily operational tasks of Service Department.
• Prepare documentation, including reports and various forms of communication.
• Respond effectively to organizational emails and phone calls.
• Monitor and maintain records of necessary office supplies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in office administration preferred.
• Adapt to changes and apply new skills effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Immediately available is preferred.
