What you will do
This person will join the Maintenance Service Team in Hong Kong. She/he will provide support to the team including filing, purchase requisition and order preparation, proposal preparation and tender preparation etc.
How you will do it
-
Provide support in maintenance, repairing service and retrofit service
-
Lead in preparing proposal, tender, purchase requisition and order
-
Organize and maintain good filing system
-
Maintain a good relationship with customers
-
Perform ad hoc duty as required
What we look for
Required
-
Form 5 / DSE or above
-
3 years relevant experience in administration and secretarial support, exposure in building services or engineering related industry would be advantage
-
Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese
-
Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
-
Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good sense of customer service
