Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

• Utilize deep knowledge of garment-making processes, including fabrics, printing, washing, and embroidery, to troubleshoot potential technical issues, fully aware of all physical and chemical testing requirements.
• Provide effective guidance on quality control and assurance standards to factories and vendors while managing the schedules of on-field Consultant Quality Controllers. Conduct in-line quality control, final inspections, and assessments of factory capabilities.
• Analyze quality-related data, prepare and present quality assessment reports to management and stakeholders, and implement corrective quality plans as needed.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate nominated factories and workshops for compliance with international social audit standards.
• Travel to European and Asian international locations to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals regarding product quality and process compliance management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new regulations in garment quality assurance, and train and mentor colleagues on relevant processes and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Quality Assurance for high-end fashion brands, with strong knowledge of garment and fabric construction and manufacturing processes (CMT, printing, embroidery, etc.).
• Familiarity with garment lab testing procedures and trade regulations/compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Proven project management skills with a positive, creative, and curious mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluent in Chinese and English (including Putonghua).
