Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize and manage end-to-end CRM marketing events (BB expo, AN Talk etc.), including concept development, logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.
Lead and execute high-impact events that directly engage with families and parents.
- Ensure seamless event operations while maintaining brand consistency and customer engagement.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, transportation, accommodations, and catering.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality events.
Post-Event Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Track KPIs (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and provide detailed reports.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Keep strong connections with parents, families, and partners through meaningful interactions.
Assist in our CRM programs to enhance long-term customer loyalty and retention.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising or related disciplines;
- Passion in Food, Nutrition, Parenting, Sustainability
- At least 2 years of event marketing experience in HK; experience with sourcing and working with agencies with clear objectives and deliverables
- Proactive, self-motivated, creative-minded, flexible, attention to detail, strong in project and time management and a team player with a positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Strong communications skills both in Cantonese and English
- Candidates with other levels of experience will be considered for a commensurate position, such as Assistant Brand Manager
