Senior Manager/ Director (Enterprise Architect) - Engineering - Hong Kong

Work you'll do

• Advise clients on planning large scale technology-enabled initiatives such as core system modernization and digital transformation.
• Lead complex engagements that include custom application design and development, business process re-engineering and solution integration.
• Plan, design and implement custom solutions to address clients’ business challenges within the insurance or banking domain.
• Accountable for customer success and build trust through delivering high quality solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive key initiatives, pitch and close sales opportunities, and work on deliverables for clients.
• Develop high performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor degree with major in software engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading design and delivery of complex technology solutions.
• Experience working on insurance business architecture.
• Experience in core system modernization.
• Good understanding and significant practical experience of enterprise architecture frameworks/ TOGAF.
• Ability to leverage specialized domain knowledge to formulate technical strategy and recommendations that enable clients’ strategic agenda.
• Ability to guide the team and lead the client through end-to-end system engineering solution deployment in a seamless manner.
