About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Logistics Officer to join our Operations Team who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective distribution of goods. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners, and optimizing logistics processes to meet company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor 3PL partners' performance is within agreed SLAs and KPIs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

  • Follow up on the monthly KPI reports to track performance, highlighting areas for improvement and plans for escalation and remediation.

  • Address and resolve any issues or disruptions promptly. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.

  • Work with Inventory and Manufacturing team to ensure warehouse preparedness for seasonal demands (e.g. ramp up to meet demand and remain within On-Time Delivery SLA)

  • Work with 3PL partners on inventory management, stock disposal and other value-added services

  • Understand customers' requirement and potential sales initiative from Customer Services and Sales team, then work with 3PL partners and transporters to ensure these are met

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making.

 

About You

Essential:

  • Work experience in managing 3PL
  • Good manner, communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Responsible, detail-minded, independent and with a problem-solving mindset
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent of MS Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

 

Desirable:

  • Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related disciplines with solid warehouse operations experience
  • Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems
