Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for IT operations, ensuring the maintenance and troubleshooting of systems and infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT systems for local offices.
• Support Exchange connectivity setups and participate in testing activities.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of infrastructure enhancements.
• Deliver prompt and effective end-user support to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating clearly with users and providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on research and development initiatives to improve technology solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement processes.
• Document operational processes and procedures for system management.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications in networking or systems engineering (e.g., ITIL, CCNP, MCSE).
• 3-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Windows and Cloud Server (Azure, AWS, etc.) and Desktop support and administration.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and network support.
• Technical proficiency in PowerShell is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
