Senior Engineer / Assistant Construction Manager

We are well established specialist contractors for Civil Engineering and Building works in Hong Kong for bridge Expansion Joints & Bearings, Highway Maintenance including Structural Repairs and Waterproofing and are approved by the relevant authorities.  We are now looking for Senior Site Engineer / Assist. Construction Manger who has knowledge and hands-on experience in following areas of activity:

-       Liaising with main contractors (technical and site co-ordination) and interfacing with their senior engineers / representatives;

-       Monitoring work programmes, correspondence, reports, requests for technical information, memorandums, meeting minutes etc., relating to sub-contract works;

-       Representing the Company at daily sub-contractor co-ordination / interface meeting and weekly technical / progress meetings;

-       Handling inspection forms, area / material calculations;

-       Supervising the works carried-out by the Company’s team and, if any, sub-contractors, including checking the quality, work-programme & material consumption etc.;

-       Have proficiency in written and oral English, Cantonese and also fair Mandarin;

-       Having driving licence is an advantage

-       Minimum of 5 years experience in construction Industries

-       Candidates with the working experience in Bridge Bearing and Expansion Joints will get higher preference
