Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma / Associate Degree or above with formal secretarial training
- At least 5 years related working experience
- Knowledge or experience in international freight forwarding/ logistics / accounting will be an advantage
- Mature, responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, pleasant and can work independently and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
