• A degree holder with professional qualifications in librarianship
• Experienced in library resources and services management
• Proven leadership ability with solid administrative experience
• Strong organization and communication skills; detail-minded with great attention to details
• Supervise library staff and student librarians
• Collaborate with KLAs to design and implement different reading activities and programmes
• Conduct junior secondary information literacy lessons and reading periods
