Job Description

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma graduate or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales coordination
  • Experience in order follow up with customers and vendors is preferred
  • Well-organized, energetic, cheerful, team player with proactive attitude
  • Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order coordination with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders, packing list and invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery coordination and maintain customer database
  • Perform sales administration duties and maintain order transactions in the system
