Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
- 1-2 years order processing experience with customers and suppliers
- Previous experience in preparing sales and delivery documents
- Background from trading or distribution business is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide sales administration support and prepare sales documents
- Coordinate with internal parties and customers on sales order processing
- Maintain the order schedules and update the price information in SAP
- Assist in tracking the order status with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
