Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell FMCG products to key retail accounts.
• Achieve sales targets within assigned retail key accounts.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships, address issues, and identify opportunities.
• Monitor in-store execution: Submit field reports with photos and track performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail buyers and decision-makers.
• Process purchase orders and manage account documentation.
• Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, Outlook for communication).
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of sales experience; account management in retail/FMCG highly preferred.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
• Immediate availability preferred
