Sales & Marketing Assistant / Sales & Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including supplier liaison, order processing and shipment arrangement
• Manage system operations: Upload sales orders, purchase orders, and oversee inventory system control.
• Maintain the website: Update content, upload new products, and manage listings.
• Provide customer service and support to end users of JB Mall
• Support the marketing team in event and program preparation, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Manage and update social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.

What we're looking for

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a sales or marketing assistant role,
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Chinese and English typing.
• Familiarity with CMS and social media platforms
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach
