Sales Manager (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all sales related matters pertaining to the selling of life-science & environmental products and service.
• Achieve sales targets and growth by effective team building and strategies
• Design and implement sales plans to expand and strengthen customer base
•  Identify and introduce new products to emerging markets
• Submit on-time budgeting plans to management team
• Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales staff
• Co-develop customer loyalty programmes with customer service team

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor holder in Life Science or related disciplines. MBA holder is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing of life-science products and have solid leading experience in sales team.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with suppliers, customers, turning potentials into business opportunities.
• Good team leader and able to motivate team members to meet targets.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability preferred.
