Sales Executive

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

• Build and maintain good relationship with customers

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes & operations and improve customer satisfaction

• Arrange promotional activities for customers and co-ordinate with marketing team for preparation of promotional materials

• Work closely with the operation team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand consumer trends

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Management

• Communicate efficiently with internal departments to ensure smooth operations 

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field of study.

• 1-2 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in the fruit export industry or FMCG sector

• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven sales decisions.

• A team player with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Great problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Excel and Power-Point) and Chinese Word Processing.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
