Sales Development Representative

ROLE PURPOSE

This APAC role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary base in Hong Kong. You will leverage your sales, relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills to expand our client base by engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will also tailor and deliver compelling presentations that communicate our product offerings effectively across diverse markets in the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across APAC to drive new business growth.

Execute regional sales strategies and campaigns to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify revenue growth opportunities.

Build deep knowledge of our products, regional market trends, and sector-specific needs.

Adapt communication styles to suit different cultural and business contexts across APAC.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Attend client meetings across the region and gather feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills, with a professional and culturally sensitive approach.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles and regional nuances.
• Knowledge of the legal sector and/or professional services is highly desirable.
