Job Description

Sales Admin duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales team (including PO follow-up, delivery, inventory, reconciliation and payment collection)
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect necessary documents and facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintain detailed customer records and databases
  • Assist in forecast and analyze of sales performance data
  • Support business event and campaigns, including logistical support


General Admin duties

  • Provide full range of office administrative support including daily office administrative operation (such as handle incoming calls, correspondence, courier management and greeting guest), office equipment procurement, facilities management and document management
  • Assist in office expense budget coordination and payment application
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager


Requirements

  • High Diploma or above (Business administration or related field would be preferrable)
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Fast paced, proactive, positive with mature and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong time management skills, flexible with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
