Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Issue sales invoices, delivery notes, and follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide essential clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, and creating procurement documents.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate system updates, inventory records, and product expiry date tracking.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist in various ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, logistics and warehousing for retail operation, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Diploma or above
