Sales Administrator (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our IT hardware sales administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT hardware sales admin team to help achieve monthly delivery targets
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate order processing and customer communication
• Coordinate with clients and the logistics department to confirm delivery schedules and ensure warehouse stock and space meet business needs
• Ensure all relevant documents are received and processed for licensing purposes
• Check and verify sales contract information for accuracy and completeness
• Compile daily and monthly reports for management review
• Maintain proper filing of all documents to fulfill audit requirements
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration
• Detail-minded, outgoing, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
