- Provide full range of sales administration support to sales team
- Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, sales reports, prepare seminar, handle enquiry etc.
- Manage CRM, compile sales data, handle and analyze sales data on a daily or weekly basis
Provide marketing and general admin. support, e.g. sample, brochure, product display and courier arrangement
- Diploma or above
- 3 years or above relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel/Powerpoint in particular)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willing to learn
- Attention to details, able to work independently
