Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business units for invoices and billing information
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales orders and shipping documents
- Support sales activities, including preparing periodical sales reports and presentations, planning and follow-up
- Manage customers' information, create, maintain and manage the system records regularly and accurately
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business / Management / Engineering or relevant disciplines
- 2- 3 years' working experience preferred (Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered)
- Experience in using SAP or relevant working experience gained from MNC is an advantage
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
