Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business units for invoices and billing information
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales orders and shipping documents
  • Support sales activities, including preparing periodical sales reports and presentations, planning and follow-up
  • Manage customers' information, create, maintain and manage the system records regularly and accurately
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business / Management / Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • 2- 3 years' working experience preferred (Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered)
  • Experience in using SAP or relevant working experience gained from MNC is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to details, organized, logical thinking and self-initiative
