Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to Operations Manager to assist with delivering high quality client services to customer base

  • Liaise with different medical organizations, professionals and internal departments 

  • Maintain and build up long term relationship with key accounts in order to meeting the Company’s target

  • Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers as well as monitor and review the service quality regularly

  • Coordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings with proper resource management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Hospitality / Business Administration / Health Care or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or operation duties, with exposure in healthcare industry is highly preferred

  • Experienced in sales and business coordination will be an advantage

  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines 

  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Officer
