Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Agency Sales Hunter with strong expertise in servers, switches, and IT hardware. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving new business, building strong channel/agency relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets in the enterprise hardware market (Supplier to Supplier).
On-site office working mode (Office is located at Tsuen Wan with accessible to MTR, Bus Terminus and decent shopping mall)
Responsibilities
Drive new business development by identifying, screening, selecting & selling to new agencies, resellers, and partners.
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for servers, switches, and related hardware solutions. (High Turnover box-moving & big-volume business)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partner networks.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the speedy & tailored solutions and proposals.
(Response Time mostly within 48 hours under International Time Zone)
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience in IT hardware (servers, networking, or data center equipment).
Strong agency/channel sales background with proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Hunter mindset with ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to maximize commission potential.
International Trade & Compliance Experience, Global Business Horizon.
Strong Experience in social media B2B Sales Prospecting & Closing is big plus
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and other foreign languages
Well-versed in Digital tool, Mobile device, CRM and ERP applications
