Requirement:
- F.5/6 or above
- 1-2 years office experience preferably with administrative skill
- Provide front desk reception service and administration support
- Knowledge in telephone switchboard and experience in handling incoming calls and mail documents
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good telephone manner, pleasant and mature
- Immediate availability is preferred
