R&D engineer (Full stack, Software)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, etc.
• Experience in developing software for full stack, online platform and IoT applications (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Ability to manage R&D projects, including:
• Literature review.
• Project design.
• Laboratory testing and analysis.
  
  
  

Research & Development

• Design and implement software architectures for R&D projects.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware components.
  
  
  

Product Development

• Drive the development of software products from concept to production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clients and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize software performance and reliability for production environments.
  
  
  

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in cloud platforms and APIs (e.g., AWS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and algorithms (preferred).
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China or overseas occasionally.
• Proven ability to manage R&D projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
