Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
  • To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
  • To Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
  • To perform procurement and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience in property management, preferable with experience in management of commercial and residential properties;
  • Familiar with Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and related ordinances;
  • Able to work independently under pressure;
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediately available is preferred
