Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for new residential development
  • Responsible for the overall management and operation of the development
  • Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
  • Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Hosing Management / MCIH or equivalent
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience with at least 2-3 years at supervisory / managerial level in residential properties
  • Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Mature, independent and with good educational background
  • Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Manager
