LEASING OFFICER (RETAIL)

• Handle the leasing of retail portfolio
• 3 years' solid experience in reatail leasing
• University graduates in related disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises of Times Square and Plaza Hollywood
• Assist to implement leasing strategy, participate in the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies and handle relevant lease administration
• Maintain excellent relationship with tenants and real estate agents
• Conduct market research, analyze retail trends as well as prepare budget forecast and reports

Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate, marketing or related disciplines
• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
