Project Manager / Assistant Manager (China Marketing)

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Manage and implement workflows for media, influencers and KOL across prominent digital platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Douyin)
• Monitor and analyze projects/campaigns metrics to track performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates effectively
• Stay abreast of the most recent trends and algorithm changes in Chinese social media to improve content and engagement strategies

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, including those based in Hong Kong, China, or overseas, ensuring seamless communication and execution of digital and social media campaigns.
• Provide strategic guidance, set clear client expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships while addressing their needs effectively

Requirements:

• Conversational in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Innovative thinker with excellent project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Educational & Professional Background

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in advertising or digital marketing. Candidates with more substantial experience may be considered for a Senior Manager role.
• Proven experience in Chinese social media, particularly on Chinese platforms such as XHS, WeChat, Weibo, and TikTok is essential
• Conversational in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
