City Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC) is a well-established, non-profit making performing arts company and one of Hong Kong’s leading cultural institutions. We are seeking candidates interested in a rewarding career in the arts for the following position.
Job Vacancy: Project Coordinator (Social Media Specialist)
You will be required to:

Plan, create, and publish content for various social media platforms (IG, Facebook, Threads, Xiaohongshu, etc.);

Create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and write engaging captions and define angles for posts, short videos, Reels, etc.;

Manage social media channels, from content creation to posting and engaging with followers;

Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement;

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually enhance our digital presence;

Moderate and respond with followers’ comments and DMs to build brand affinity in a timely, professional manner. Initiate and guide discussions on relevant social topics and in comments to increase user stickiness;

Plan diverse content types, including promotional material, user interaction initiatives, and trending industry topics. Skilfully utilise memes and hot trends to enhance content appeal. Monitor content performance and implement data-driven optimisations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant disciplines;

Organised, attentive to details, and capable of multitasking;

Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a can-do spirit;

Keen interest in art and culture, especially in performing arts and dance;

0-2 years working experience, knowledge in digital marketing a plus. Less experience or a fresh graduate would be considered;

Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus;

Proficiency in MS Office, graphic and video editing software/tools;

High proficiency in video production and editing is a plus;

Willing to work at irregular hours, including weekends, if needed.
