Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Post contract works including project planning, submission preparation, method statement preparation, drawing review and monitoring project progress.
  • Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities and in-house design team for developing design details and preparing drawing submission.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Building Engineering / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
  • Good knowledge of computer skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
  • Good communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Able to work independently
  • Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Immediate available is preferable
