Responsibilities
- Post contract works including project planning, submission preparation, method statement preparation, drawing review and monitoring project progress.
- Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities and in-house design team for developing design details and preparing drawing submission.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Building Engineering / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
- Good knowledge of computer skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
- Immediate available is preferable
