Key Responsibilities:

Order & Delivery Management: Ensure accuracy in orders, invoices, and deliveries, keeping everything on track to meet project deadlines.

Client Engagement: Follow up with customers, brand owners, and producers to maintain strong communication and build lasting partnerships.

Sales Preparation: Prepare timely and precise sales quotations and invoices, supporting our sales initiatives and enhancing client satisfaction.

Supplier Coordination: Procure quality suppliers, manage sample tracking, and ensure costs and pricing is accurate to ensure we remain competitive and deliver excellence.

Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor logistics for receiving and dispatching orders, ensuring a smooth flow of goods throughout the process.

Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general support as needed to assist the team in achieving project goals and overcoming challenges.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
