The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing clerical support to the College and student activities, including enrolment, payments and reports; (b) providing logistics support to the College and student events and activities, including promotion, facilities/equipment booking, on-site support and publicity; (c) assisting in daily operations of the College’s Dean of Students’ Office, including the upkeep of the student data system and filing system, and handling of students’ enquiries; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned. Working at weekends and beyond normal office hours in the event of operational needs may be required.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skill; (iv) at least 1 year’s work experience in administrative or event support; (v) proficiency in social media platforms, IT applications and graphic design; (vi) competence in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); and (vii) a positive and self-motivated attitude, strong organisational skills, and attentiveness to details.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
