Salary : HK$25,793 - HK40,868
Responsibilities:

To report to Head/Deputy Head of Project Management
-
To coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants and suppliers etc.

To assist to prepare documents, letters and memos for distribution to internal and external stakeholders
-
To handle project correspondence (emails, phones, fax, letters)
-
To perform document control, project filing, bookkeeping, payment tables and monitor payment status for all project works and expense tracking
-
To support daily office administration, operations, general filing to contractors and consultants, ordering of stationery etc.

To support project team on all document needs, such as downloading and uploading files, sharing files to internal and external stakeholders

To support project team on project management (e.g. material testing status, statutory approval status, procurement status etc.)
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in any discipline

Minimum 3-5 years of post-degree full-time experience in administrative and clerical works of renovation or fit-out projects in sizeable company preferably in property developers, consultancy firms in building industry, construction companies, property management companies or facility management companies

Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent

Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, initiative, self-motivated person with good problem-solving and effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels

Proficiency in PC software application like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
-
Customer-oriented with good communication skills
-
Experience in project management of renovation/fit-out projects is a plus not a must
-
Shift duty is required (occasion)

Immediate availability is highly preferred
