Presales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer to join our team, serving as the technical bridge between our sales organization and customers. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to demonstrate our solutions' value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements;
• Design and deliver compelling proof of concepts and technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs;
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical solutions that align with customer objectives and budgets;
• Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including RFP responses and customer presentations;
• Create detailed technical documentation and solution proposals;
• Support post-sales handover to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and virtualization environments;
• Expertise in enterprise virtualization technologies (eg. VMware, Hyper-V, KVM OpenStack, Nutanix);
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Virtual machine deployment and management, P2V/V2V migrations, resource allocation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field;
• Any technical certifications relevant to the above would be welcomed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Experience with:

-Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);

-Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS);

-Network infrastructure and security;

-Backup and recovery solutions.

Business skills:

• Solution architecture design;
• Technical presentation experience;
• Project management;
• Solution pricing and ROI analysis.
