Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of support to the Chairman in daily business activities and personal matters
- Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Frequent travel to overseas & mainland China
- Ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with Accounting or Finance/Business Administration/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience of providing support for upper-level management in a related organization (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Result oriented with strong business acumen and market awareness
- Collaborative and proactive in character with mature and terrific interpersonal communication skill
- Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Driving license holder is an advantage
