Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of support to the Chairman in daily business activities and personal matters
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Frequent travel to overseas & mainland China
  • Ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with Accounting or Finance/Business Administration/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience of providing support for upper-level management in a related organization (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Result oriented with strong business acumen and market awareness
  • Collaborative and proactive in character with mature and terrific interpersonal communication skill
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Driving license holder is an advantage
