Job description
- Perform data entry, accounts set up and document verification of new applications (e.g., Visa, Master, FPS and etc.)
- Prepare monthly summary reports
- Handle customer inquiries on payment issues by phone and email
- Assist in Projects and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases
- Perform merchant site visits for POP materials and provide payment
- service training to merchants when necessary
- Perform general clerical and administrative support
Requirements
- Diploma or above, 2 years of solid working experience in
Payment Gateway Providers or POS or merchant services is
preferred - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, detail minded and
good time management - Proficiency in MS Office application
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
