Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Flexible and able to visit our merchant stores to provide merchant app training to the merchants.
  • Update Merchants about additional features, applications & it’s usage time to time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese.
  • Ability to provide training individually as well as a team.
  • Ability to understand clients queries and resolve it in an efficient manner.


PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent customer service attitude, Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Well-organized, Independent and Self-initiated


REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
  • Native in Cantonese
  • Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner.
  • Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.).
  • shift : 10:00 am to 19:00 pm
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
