Officer (Loyalty Program Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Membership Loyalty Program via Company Website (both content & functions) as one of the key member engagement channels
• Maintain the Company Website updating on a timely basis
• Liaison with vendor on necessary system enhancements and conduct system testing
• Manage the membership database and support in data analysis and report generation
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments in developing Membership Loyalty Program
• Collect feedback and address enquiries from frontline on Membership Loyalty Program and conduct continuous improvement with system modification to enhance customer experience and process effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree preferably in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in developing & implementing member acquisition, customer growth and retention program
• With hands-on experience in CRM data analysis, reporting applications & customers segmentation
• Basic HTML or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge for content formatting is preferred
• Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good time management, project management and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
