Job Description

Requirements:

  • F. 7 level / HKDSE (Grade 4+ in English or Mathematics) or above
  • Minimum 3 years merchandising and production planning experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Advanced Excel skills (Lookup, Pivot table)
  • Well spoken and written English, fluent Putonghua as well as Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal sales team in forecast planning
  • Monitor inventory level and replenishment status in a timely basis
  • Issue orders and follow up production with suppliers
  • Handle customer’s enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal logistic team on delivery arrangement
  • Assist in general office work and ad hoc tasks as required.
