Mechanical Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the mechanical structure design, simulation analysis, and engineering drawing of the system;
• Responsible for the theoretical calculation and selection of standard parts within the mechanical structure;
• Responsible for module assembly, debugging, structural testing and improvement;
• Work with electrical engineers to select appropriate sensor types and models based on task requirements;
• Work with electrical engineers to undertake hardware testing of hardware modules and complete machines: including risk analysis, application scenario analysis, component level and complete machine level signal integrity testing, power supply testing, interface index testing, reliability and hardware project testing

job requirements:

• Master degree or above, major in mechanical automation, electrical engineering automation or automatic control;
• Solid basic knowledge of machinery, more than 3 years of experience in automation equipment development and design, and non-standard design experience, able to independently complete R&D and design work;
• Proficient in using various drawing software, CAD, SW and other drawing software;
• Those who are familiar with various commonly used sensors and have relevant development and debugging experience are preferred;
• Understand the development process of non-standard automation equipment, be familiar with the structural characteristics and assembly requirements of automation equipment, and be familiar with the selection requirements of standard parts of the equipment.
